          The Realpad Aeroprime Gel Premium Pressure Relief Mattress is developed with advanced Open Cell Memory Foam Technology, featuring a more breathable foam structure that enhances air circulation, reduces heat buildup, and allows the mattress to quickly recover its shape after prolonged pressure. • Head & Core Body Support Foam
       Made from high-resilience memory foam, specifically designed to support the head, shoulders, back, and hip areas. This breathable foam enhances comfort and pressure redistribution with a density of 35 kg/m³.
  
• Heel Protection Foam Layer
       The foot section is ergonomically contoured to better support the heel area, helping reduce pressure concentration and improve pressure redistribution. Made from high-resilience memory foam with a density of 30 kg/m³.
  
• High-Density Base & Edge Support Foam
       Constructed from high-density foam (35 kg/m³) to provide enhanced structural support, durability, and stability. This layer strengthens the mattress, supports body weight efficiently, and helps reduce long-term foam wear.
  
• Medical Gel Layer
       Features 0.5 cm thick medical-grade gel, free from heavy metals, arranged in 5 gel rows across the back and torso area. The gel layer offers excellent pressure redistribution, high flexibility, and superior heat dissipation, helping absorb and release body heat for a cooler sleeping surface and improved comfort during extended use.
  
• Waterproof PU Mattress Cover
       Made from durable Polyurethane (PU) material, the mattress cover is waterproof, removable, and washable. Designed for hospital-grade use, it withstands cleaning with 75% alcohol and Sodium Hypochlorite ≤1000 ppm disinfectants without damage, helping reduce contamination and infection risks.
  
• Seamless Antibacterial Cover Design
       The seamless cover helps prevent fluid penetration and inhibit bacterial growth. Features a water-resistant safety zipper with protective zipper flap and complies with BS EN 597 fire safety standards for European bedding products.
