9. The battery capacity level can be displayed via 4 LED lights, with the following display criteria:

1) Only the first light is blinking: Battery level between 0% - 24%

2) The first light is solid and the second light is blinking: Battery level between 25% - 49%

3) The second light is solid and the third light is blinking: Battery level between 50% - 74%

4) The third light is solid and the fourth light is blinking: Battery level between 75% - 99%

5) The fourth light is solid (or changes to a steady green color as per the full charge signal): Battery is fully charged (100%)

10. The device has a system for detecting and alerting to abnormal conditions. All 4 LED lights on the device will blink simultaneously to notify the user. The abnormal conditions consist of 3 cases:

1) Abnormal input voltage (below 17 V or above 25 V)

2) Battery temperature exceeding 65°C (149°F)

3) Internal charger temperature exceeding 60°C (140°F)
