Design & Construction Features

• The bed platform is divided into four sections and manufactured from high-quality ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) panels. The detachable design allows for easy cleaning, maintenance, and replacement when required. The bed frame is constructed from heavy-duty steel with anti-rust treatment and powder-coated finishing, featuring a reinforced stamped structure underneath to prevent deformation and ensure long-term durability.
  
  
• The mattress support platform is ventilated with multiple air circulation holes to enhance airflow, helping reduce heat buildup and improve patient comfort during prolonged use.
  
  
• Side Rails
  The bed is equipped with four white Polypropylene (PP) side rails in a trapezoidal design to help prevent patient falls. The upper side rails feature an integrated angle indicator with a measurement range of -15° to 80°, allowing caregivers to monitor bed positioning accurately.
  
• Each side rail incorporates a special locking mechanism and Soft Landing System, enabling the rails to lower slowly and safely without impact, reducing the risk of injury and eliminating the need for manual support while lowering.
