          The DeVilbiss iFill 535I Oxygen Filling System is designed to fill portable oxygen cylinders by generating oxygen directly from ambient air through an advanced gas separation process. The oxygen is then compressed and stored in a compatible portable oxygen cylinder for patient use.

          The system delivers an oxygen concentration of approximately 93% ± 3%, making it suitable for oxygen therapy and portable oxygen applications. It is ideal for use in homes, healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and patient care environments where supplemental oxygen is required for daily use or patient transportation.

          Designed to provide greater convenience and independence, the iFill system enables users to refill portable oxygen cylinders on-site, ensuring a reliable oxygen supply whenever needed.

          The DeVilbiss iFill 535I is an oxygen generation and cylinder filling system designed to refill portable oxygen cylinders. The unit utilizes a Dual-Pressure Head Compressor that simultaneously powers two integrated systems:

• Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Technology to separate oxygen from ambient air and produce high-purity oxygen.
• Pneumatic Pressure Intensifier System to increase oxygen pressure for safe and efficient cylinder filling.
  Exclusive Push-Click Cylinder Connection
  The iFill system features a proprietary Push-Click cylinder connection designed exclusively for compatible iFill oxygen cylinders. This safety-focused design helps prevent the connection of incompatible cylinders and reduces the risk of incorrect cylinder installation.
  
  
• Integrated Cylinder Support Base
  A dedicated cylinder support base is included to securely hold the oxygen cylinder in place during the filling process, providing enhanced stability and convenience.
  
  
• LED Status Indicators
  The unit is equipped with easy-to-read LED indicators to display operating status:
  

Service Required (Red LED) – Indicates that the unit requires inspection or maintenance.
Standby (Green Light) – Indicates that the system is powered on and ready for operation.
Full (Green Light) – Indicates that the oxygen cylinder has been completely filled.
Filling (Green LED) – Indicates that the oxygen cylinder is currently being filled.

  Important Notice
  
• Allow the unit to warm up for approximately 5 minutes before filling an oxygen cylinder.
