Design & Construction Features

• The bed frame is made of high-quality metal, rust-resistant and powder-coated.
  
• The bed base measures at least 90 x 192 ± 5 centimeters and is made of thick metal (more than 1 mm), stamped and reinforced with a grid structure on the back to prevent warping. It is divided into 4 sections:
  - Back panel: (Width x Length) 75 x 90 ± 5 centimeters
  - Hip section: (Width x Length) 22 x 90 ± 5 centimeters
  - Thigh section: (Width x Length) 33 x 90 ± 5 centimeters
  - Leg section: (Width x Length) 54 x 90 ± 5 centimeters
  40 ventilation holes in the mattress, shaped like stadiums and measuring 8 x 2 centimeters and 13 x 2 centimeters, are provided for good air circulation. Prevents stuffiness while sleeping.
  
• The bed rails are rectangular in shape, made of aluminum, with 6 slats spaced 24 centimeters apart. The length is at least 145 ± 5 centimeters, and the height is more than 40 ± 5 centimeters. The distance between the headboard and the rail is 20 ± 5 centimeters, and the distance between the footboard and the rail is 52 ± 5 centimeters, to prevent the patient from falling out of bed.
  
• The bed rails can be folded up/down parallel to the bed, with a red locking/unlocking lever.
  
• The headboard measures (width x height) 93 x 39 ± 5 centimeters, and the footboard measures (width x height) 93 x 32 ± 5 centimeters. They are made of strong, durable, and lightweight Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic. The headboard can be
  removed without additional tools for easier cleaning and maintenance for both the patient and caregiver.
  
• The crank handle is made of plastic. (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, ABS) is strong, durable, and lightweight. The mechanism is made of
  strong and durable aluminum for adjusting various levels.
  
• There are plastic bumpers on all four corners. The four corners of the bed have slots for inserting IV poles for convenient use.
  
• The wheels have a diameter of approximately 5 inches, are made of high-quality synthetic rubber, and have a free-locking system. There are 4 wheels in total.
  Comes with an adjustable IV pole, ranging from 115 - 200 ± 5 centimeters, with a total of 4 hooks for hanging.
