• Top Layer – Zero-Pressure Ultra-Soft Memory Foam
  Made from premium ultra-soft memory foam with a density of 42 kg/m³ and a thickness of 3 cm, this layer conforms to the patient’s body shape to improve pressure redistribution, provide superior comfort, and help support better blood circulation.
  
• Middle Layer – Ventilated Polyurethane (PU) Foam
  Constructed from Polyurethane Foam (PU) with an airflow groove design to enhance air circulation and heat dissipation. With a density of 35 kg/m³ and a thickness of 6 cm, this layer helps maintain a cooler and more comfortable sleeping surface.
  
• Bottom Layer – High-Density Support Foam
  Made from high-density foam with a density of 40 kg/m³ and a thickness of 6 cm, this base layer provides enhanced structural support, durability, and long-term stability, helping reduce foam wear over extended use.
  
• Waterproof PU Mattress Cover
  The mattress cover is made from durable Polyurethane (PU) material, designed to be water-resistant, removable, and washable. Suitable for hospital environments, it withstands intensive cleaning with 75% alcohol or Sodium Hypochlorite ≤1000 ppm disinfectants without damage, helping reduce contamination and infection risks.
  
• Seamless Protective Cover Design
  Features a seamless cover to help prevent fluid penetration and inhibit bacterial growth. Includes a water-resistant safety zipper with a protective zipper flap to reduce leakage through zipper seams.
