Owgels High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) – Model OGM-70EOwgels High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) – Model OGM-70E
The Owgels OGM-70E is a High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) respiratory therapy device designed to deliver a high flow of heated and humidified respiratory gas through a nasal interface.
HFNC therapy provides respiratory support by delivering a controlled flow of warmed and humidified gas, helping improve patient comfort compared with conventional oxygen delivery in appropriate clinical situations.
The OGM-70E is designed for respiratory care applications where high-flow oxygen therapy is required and should be operated according to the patient's prescribed therapy settings and clinical requirements.
Specifications- Owgels High-Flow Nasal Cannula System – Model OGM-70E

- Key Features
- Oxygen Blender- Oxygen concentration is adjustable from 21% to 100%.- Features an integrated Ultrasonic Oxygen Concentration Sensor (Oxygen Analyzer) to monitor oxygen levels.
- Flow Rate Adjustment- Airflow rate is adjustable between 2 and 70 liters per minute.- Includes a pediatric mode. For Low-flow mode usage, the airflow rate can be adjusted between 2 and 25 liters per minute.
- The humidifier and temperature control unit consists of two sections: the heating component and the humidification component. The system features an automatic temperature display, allowing for accurate temperature readings at the water chamber.
- Temperature settings range from 31°C to 37°C.Humidity < 10 mg/L at 31°C.Humidity < 10 mg/L at 34°C.Humidity < 33 mg/L at 37°C.Warm-up time is approximately ≤ 30 minutes.Equipped with a digital display for ease of use.Compatible with oxygen concentrators and oxygen cylinders; the temperature of the oxygen supply source must not exceed 43°C.
- Includes 4 on-screen alarm functions:Alerts for concentration levels that are abnormally high/low or outside the set range.Clock symbol alert indicating the approach of the set time limit.Temperature symbol alert when the system detects abnormal internal temperatures.
Includes 9 audible alarm functions:- Alerts when the air circuit/tubing is improperly connected, leaking, obstructed, or damaged, preventing air delivery to the user.Alerts for incorrect connection positioning or orientation of tubing or accessories.Alerts when the detected airflow rate is lower than the set value.Alerts when the detected airflow rate is higher than the set value. Alerts trigger when:The water level in the humidifier chamber is depleted or falls below recommended levels. The oxygen supply concentration is low, pressure is insufficient, or pressure exceeds 0.60 MPa.The temperature falls below the user-set level. The temperature exceeds the factory-set limit. An airway obstruction is detected (e.g., blocked mask, degraded filter).
- Data can be viewed in three graphical formats: oxygen concentration over time, airflow rate over time, and temperature over time.

What is HFNC Therapy?
High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) therapy delivers heated and humidified respiratory gas at higher flow rates through a specially designed nasal cannula. It is used as a form of non-invasive respiratory support for appropriately selected patients.
Unlike a standard oxygen nasal cannula, an HFNC system incorporates controlled high-flow delivery and active humidification to provide respiratory support and improve patient comfort.
Important: HFNC is a medical respiratory therapy device. Flow rate, oxygen concentration, temperature, and other therapy settings should be determined by a physician or qualified healthcare professional according to the patient's clinical condition.
Recommendation: Please verify connector types and compatibility with your oxygen concentrator before purchasing.
